Thanks for the info on the local organic vegies, have been there a couple of times now to stock up!

I did mean to email you sooner than this to say how much I enjoyed my time with you and how helpful I found our session together way back, nearly a month ago now; time has been flying as I get used to a new routine of visits to the Brilin Centre 5 or 6 times a week, catering for my new diet and taking on-board a new sleep regime.

I am feeling a lot more positive now as I work through all the material you gave me. I'm finding it all fascinating learning new things about my mind and body and also challenging. I will no doubt feel the need to return to see you sometime in the future but at the moment am feeling like I'm making good progress.

Thanks again for the difference you made.
